Over the past 25 years, I’ve guided thousands of people through movement, breath and stillness. I’ve also sat beside them, quietly and carefully, as they made sense of change, grief, uncertainty, or a need to move forward.
My coaching brings together everything I’ve learned — through qigong, mindfulness, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and life — to help people reconnect with what really matters, and navigate life with more calm, clarity and self-trust.
