MR FROG’S DREAM HOUSE

Children’s fiction · Ages 3–10

Publishing 6 November 2026 · Austin Macauley Publishers

ISBN · 978-1-0371121-7-1

A magical bedtime journey into calm, wonder and imagination

What if bedtime could become a doorway into something more?

Behind seven rainbow-coloured doors — and one secret garden surprise — Mr Frog’s Dream House takes children on gentle, nature-filled journeys where kind animal friends and the ever-steady Mr Frog help them slow down, breathe, notice and settle towards sleep.

But there is something deeper woven into every story.

Through imagination and adventure, children are gently introduced to mindfulness, breath awareness and sensory connection — simple skills that can help them settle their minds and bodies while nurturing curiosity, confidence and emotional resilience.

And at the heart of it all is the relationship between the dream-giver and the child: those precious few moments when the outside world becomes quiet and a story is shared.

Rooted in nature, presence and love, this is a book created to offer children something they can carry beyond bedtime: a way to pause, breathe, reconnect and discover a growing sense of their own inner strength.

Calm. Curiosity. Imagination. And a little bedtime magic.

MY HERMIT CRAB TEACHER

Reflective non-fiction

Publishing 2027 · Olympia Publishers

81 invitations to notice life differently

What might we notice if we slowed down long enough to really look?

It began with a hermit crab.

While snorkelling, I became fascinated by these tiny creatures and returned week after week, for almost a year, simply to watch them. Their quiet rituals of waiting, testing and moving on began to teach me something about life — and sparked a curiosity about how we live, what shapes us and how we understand ourselves.

My Hermit Crab Teacher grew from that curiosity.

Through 81 invitations, it explores how we meet real life: when we’re tired, uncertain, stuck, grieving, facing change we’d rather avoid, or simply curious about living with greater connection and awareness.

The invitations explore what can happen when we meet life with more awareness, less force, greater trust and perspective, and a deeper connection to ourselves, each other and the world around us.

It is a companion to dip into, sit beside and return to — not only when life feels difficult, but whenever we become curious enough to look a little more closely.

Because sometimes we don’t need another answer.

Sometimes noticing is enough to change what happens next.

What if exercise wasn’t about working individual muscles, but learning to move your body as one connected, intelligent whole?

Move Life Better is an illustrated, practical guide to Integrated Qigong — an approach that brings together the principles of Qigong with our understanding of fascia, anatomy and whole-body movement.

At its heart are the Myofascial “IQ” Meridians: interconnected pathways through the body that help us explore how movement, sensation, awareness and intention work together.

Through simple, adaptable practice, the book invites you to understand your body more deeply, move with greater freedom and develop a more intelligent relationship with exercise.

Whether you want to improve the way you move, deepen an existing practice or simply become more aware of how your body works, Move Life Better offers a fresh way to experience movement and the body as an interconnected whole.
