Beginners Qigong Course in Norfolk | 6-Week Introduction

This 6-week beginners course is the perfect way to begin your qigong journey. Whether you're completely new or just curious to try something different, this course offers a welcoming, supportive way in.

Led by award-winning teacher and author Deniz Paradot, this course combines movement, breath, and gentle learning to help you feel more confident, calm, and connected.

You’ll learn the core principles of qigong in a way that’s accessible, meaningful, and deeply grounded in experience.

At the end of the course, you’ll have the option to join my regular weekly classes — and if you do, you’ll be eligible to join under the Founding Member Offer (£40/month, our best value membership).

What you’ll learn

  • Venue
    SunFyr Barns, Manor Farm Barns, Fox Road, NR14 7PZ A peaceful countryside venue with a beautiful garden, on-site café, and free parking — just 15 minutes from Norwich city centre.
  • Weekly Classes
    Monday · 10.30–11.30am (SunFyr Barns) Tuesday · 6.00–7.00pm (SunFyr Barns) Wednesday · 6.15-7.15pm (Poringland Community Centre) Thursday · 10.00-11.00am (SunFyr Barns) Friday · 10.00–11.00am (SunFyr Barns) No experience needed. All ages and abilities welcome. Your first class is free book now
  • What to wear or bring?
    Loose, comfortable clothes you can move in A bottle of water Layers in cooler months — we’ll start gently You can practise barefoot, in non-slip socks, or in clean plimsoll-style shoes with non-marking soles
  • One-to-One Sessions
    I also offer private one-to-one sessions that weave together qigong, mindfulness coaching, and mentoring. These are personalised sessions designed to meet you where you are — supporting your body, mind and life with clarity, compassion and care.   • Your first session
    Your first class is a chance to try it out — gently, safely, with no expectations. You’ll be welcomed, shown what to do, and supported to move in a way that feels good for you. Qigong meets you where you are — and helps you come home to yourself.
