Meet Deniz
I’m an award-winning lifelong practitioner of qigong, meditation and mindfulness, with over 10,000 hours of teaching experience. I’ve guided over 7,000 people across the UK and Europe, offering accessible, breath-led practice that meets people where they are.
I’m also a mindfulness coach and mentor.

As a teacher, I guide you through movement, breath and stillness. I share knowledge to empower — so you leave with a sense of ownership in your practice, and a deeper connection to your body and breath.
Like an astronaut explores outer space, I guide people as a Somanaut — exploring the inner space of body, breath and awareness. This is how I blend qigong, fascia wisdom, mindful living and breathwork into something deeper than just movement.
My approach is gentle, grounded, and real. Each class is a space to feel safe, supported and seen — no pressure, no competition.

Weekly Classes in Norfolk
My classes are inclusive and welcoming to everyone — all ages, backgrounds, and levels of experience. Qigong has something to offer every body, and every story — and the space we practise in reflects that.
Held at Poringland Community Centre and SunFyr Barns, a peaceful countryside venue with a beautiful garden, free parking, and an on-site café — just 15 minutes from Norwich city centre.
